At Campmor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 90 days of the original purchase date in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
